What personal data we collect

When you enquire, book or travel with us we may collect:

  • Identity details: full name as on passport, date of birth, gender, nationality, passport number, issue and expiry dates, and a passport-style photograph.
  • Contact details: postal address, email address, phone and WhatsApp number.
  • Booking details: travel dates, departure airport, hotel choices, names and details of everyone travelling in your party, and any special requirements.
  • Payment details: card or bank details are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Health information: only where you tell us about a medical condition, mobility need or dietary requirement so we can arrange suitable accommodation or assistance, and vaccination certificates required by Saudi Arabia.
  • Religious information: by the nature of our service, booking Hajj or Umrah indicates your religious belief. We process this only to provide the service you have asked for.
  • Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages, call notes and reviews you leave.
  • Website data: IP address, browser, pages visited and cookies. See our Cookies Policy.

  • The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the Nusuk platform, for visa and Hajj registration.

  • Our payment provider and our bank.
  • The Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL) where required.
  • Our accountants, insurers, IT and email providers, and professional advisers.
  • Government, law enforcement or regulators where the law requires.
